Dee Weeda
Senior PR Manager

Dee brings more than 20 years of marketing communications and public relations experience with a number of major seed, animal health and food industry clients to the agency. Dee was previously a supervisor with McCormick Company, Kansas City, where she managed public relations and media relations efforts on behalf of Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. In addition, she provided public relations strategic direction to a variety of client teams as well as agency’s new business team.  

As PR account manager at Meyocks & Priebe Advertising, Des Moines, Dee expanded and supervised public relations and media relations programs for Pioneer’s North American sales divisions. Her PR/media-relations client roster also included Intervet Animal Health, Farm Credit Services of America, Is it Good for Kids, Blank Park Zoo, Church & Dwight and Bayer Animal Health.  

Dee’s extensive communications experience touched several commodity organizations, agriculture information services and the cable TV industry.   

Dee is a communications/animal science graduate of Kansas State University.
