Troy Schroeder
Associate Vice President

Troy brings extensive marketing experience with leading-edge equipment technology to the agency. Prior to joining Broadhead+Co he served as manager of marketing and program administration for Ag-Chem Equipment, a division of AGCO Corporation. Troy headed up brand positioning, pricing strategies and direct marketing, during a critical period of new model roll-outs in a highly-competitive marketplace. Previously, he handled strategic planning, content and promotion for a new Ag-Chem e-commerce website.

He also headed up marketing activities for Raven Industries, one of the country’s leading manufacturers of precision farming equipment. Within three years under Troy’s leadership, Raven’s flow controls division sales doubled.

Troy is a Business Marketing graduate of the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
